Manager wanted to help hapless Photographer

This is a bit of a random one for you,
This is a want on a few levels so please bare with me.

I am looking for a manager of sorts ish, I have never been one thats been any good at promoting myself in any way, yes i post on fb, twatter and other places, but thats about it, in part there is a reason for that, is that i just dont remember to do things, and i dont mean that in a oh i cant be assed way i mean i could be talking to somebody about doing something and within minutes that conversation for me hasn't happend because i don't remember,
It would have to be to start with on a commission based thingy, as i cant afford to pay outright,
It would be to help me manage my shoots, to try and contact bands and get shoots for bands,
Help with trying to promote myself better when it comes to both my Music stuff and my landscape work, i have finally decided to ask as recently have had a few conversations with people who have ended up saying the same thing, that i should be selling my photos, and that with a little push should be doing tours or getting better paid for shoots with bands, and to try and get a big push to sell my landscape stuff.

I have decided that this year will be my last trying to make it as a paid photographer if i cant get things off the ground properly which in all honesty would be such a hard thing to do, when i didn't have my camera recently for a while after it looked like the Mary Rose being lifted from the sea i realised how much photography has both helped me and been the bain of my life at times, but i wouldn't be without it though.

So if you or somebody you know might be interested in helping me out then please give me a shout.
You would need to have some background knowledge in photography and even music if possible.
